Well, we are excited to have stumbled onto ours, too! While brainstorming all the fun things you can do with holiday leftovers and Rocket Fuel Pesto, we tried slicing roast beef super thin and adding our superfood pesto into the North Shore three-way beef mix. The sweet garlic bright green pesto with your favorite cheese slice and spicy mayo blends dreamily with each bite of great roast beef.
Directions:
1. Slice roast beef thin.
2. Pile roast beef between Rocket Fuel Pesto, cheese slice, Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Aioli, and marble rye.
3. Serve with a side of chilled rosemary roasted red potatoes and green beans rolled in Rocket Fuel Pesto.
